How we work

Wherever you are in building a system that works, we meet you there with our expertise. Our engagements adapt to the clients needs, and can take the following forms:

Advisory & Consulting

Whether you need focused, short-term implementation of Statistical Modeling & Machine Learning pipelines, platform scaffolding & protoytyping, or long term strategic advising for big-picture challenges.

>> more information about advisory & consulting

Who it’s for: Founders and organizations mid-decision on AI/ML implementation, needing outside critique or validation before committing direction or spend.

What it is: We start with an assessment of your technical and conceptual challenge, support you by creating a blueprint of the solution – e.g. formalizing the broader goal and context in which it must be solved, then prototyping specific Machine Learning models or LLM-based solution – resulting in a strategic plan with actionable items to put the right people on the case and get them the right tools for it. Engagements can take the form of short-term critique/validation plus implementation, or strategic bottleneck assessment over the longer term.

Outcome: A specific plan to solve specific problems and a framework to assess options and make decisions like investing in AI/ML technologies & training and getting the staff to operate it and make decisions confidently.

Time commitment: Typical engagements range from 4-6 weeks for diagnostic assessment, with ongoing monthly retainer or short-term package with predetermined hours.

Cost: Starting at €1500 for initial assessment and €1000 monthly retainer or €100/hour for short-term engagements.

“Awesome! The decision making process for machine learning modeling was very thorough and yielded great results. We’re excited about our continued consulting engagement on this project.”

Courses & Workshops

Live workshops designed to equip leaders and staff with the conceptual and technical tools to design and implement their vision.

>> more information about courses & workshops

Who it’s for: Leaders and Staff who would like intensive training on the conceptual and technical aspects of Statistical Models in AI/ML, and acquire deep literacy about modern methods and algorithms in an applied context. Specific training on math/stats not required to begin, but willing to engage and think about complex concepts from a critical perspective.

What it is: Live, cohort-based workshop covering the three levels – Critical, Scientific, and Quantitative Thinking – from a formal, conceptual perspective (not a crash course on “black-box ML” nor basic LLM/tool application).

Outcome: Participants that conclude a workshop have a deep understanding of the main features of AI/ML models, and are able to assess and criticize their capabilities and limitations, to decide when they are applicable, and when humans are irreplaceable. Technical participants are ready to begin a deep dive into the mathematical and statistical bases of modern implementations

Time commitment: 8 hour workshop, single cohort window. Extended or custom schedules available upon request.

Cost: Subsidized seats and special launching price starting at €200 per seat for individuals; organization pricing scales roughly with number of individuals.

Registration and more information: Check out our registration calendar

“The instructor was great. The collaborative workflow in the last part of the course worked very well. I didn’t know how to use the tools at the beginning of the course; I managed to learn how to use it by the end, and now want to implement it in my daily routine.”

Co-facilitated Training

Custom courses on the foundations of AI/ML built into existing curricula or advanced training programs.

>> more information about co-facilitated training

Who it’s for: Institutions — universities, companies, departments, teams — needing quantitative/AI foundations built into existing curriculum, not a standalone product.

What it is: Custom curriculum on the quantitative foundations of AI/ML, embedded into the partner’s own program. Framed as partnership, not vendor relationship.

Outcome: Institution’s own staff/students gain the literacy layer, delivered inside a container they already trust.

Time commitment: Variable, scoped per partner (note as such rather than fixed range).

Cost: Negotiated around standard institutional price, typically starting at €6000 for a full semester (14 weeks, 3 hours/week)

“Caetano is clearly passionate about this topic which spilt over into the course and made learning engaging. He consistently references real-world examples and applications, quickly returned assignments back to students, encouraged open group discussion, and offered office hours each week. Additionally, he presents information from multiple philosophies creating great internal reflections on various mathematical concepts.”
