AURORA COLLECTIVE INTELLIGENCE (hencerforth also AURORA COLLECTIVE or, for simplicity and clarity within this policy description only AURORA in this policy description) a registered trademark with the Spanish Patent and Trademark Office (OEPM) hereby declares itself the owner of this website in accordance to all applicable laws.
The AURORA COLLECTIVE is responsible for the service provided through this website as described below, where “user” or “users” refers to anyone to whom the law applies, has the right to access the webiste, and does so.

2. Compliance with the applicable regulations
This website was designed to comply to GDPR and LOPDGDD. It implements measures and procedures to guarantee and protect the confidentiality, integrity and availability of its own data and its user’s.
The user of the AURORA COLLLECTIVE website services (henceforth, “the User”) voluntarily transfers their data through the Website, having been informed, in advance, of the use and purposes of any and all processing.

For any data obtained in any of the ways described above, AURORA COLLECTIVE INTELLIGENCE uses encryption when storing or transmiting any data, which can only be accessed by authorized members to perform authorized activities and provide authorized services. Otherwise, AURORA COLLECTIVE INTELLIGENCE employs state of the art tools and techniques to ensure privacy of the website users.

AURORA COLLECTIVE INTELLIGENCE does not share, transfer, lend, sell, display, present, summarize or give any kind of access to the data it obtains from the users to any other party.
